Malacca: Third time is a wonder!

Please do not tell me "Again!".   :D

Yes for the third time I went to Melacca and this time with my other group of awesome friends here in Malaysia.

It was Chinese New Year and we were thinking of a place to have some good times together and we thought of Malacca.  Although I have been here before, it's okay to have a view of it once more and be their tour guide.

Not like my other trips to Malacca, we drove all the way there and spent two days in this historical place.  We stayed in the same place, Voyage Cottage Lodge.

The difference between driving and using the public transport is that there is no chance to sleep! Literally!  Because if there were only 5 of you in a car there was no other thing to do but talk and talk and talk and talk more!  That's what we did and it was a lot of fun really (even if we have been talking to one another for like EVERYDAY).

Most definitely our first stop will never be different from the old itinerary, it was at the "Christ Church Melaka"

Another shot for this wonderful windmill.

Since it was just the 5 of us, we always want to be together in our shots! :D

Every year, the make sure that they have different Chinese New Year Designs.  The last time we went here (on a Chinese New Year), the design was a long Dragon.

When we reached Jonker Street, we immediately looked for a place to eat! We were so hungry!  Even so, we still managed to take some shots.

Initially we were planning to eat at "The Laguna Restaurant", however, we failed!  Only to find out that they already moved into KL! Yikes to me! We then ended in KFC! (very classic indeed).

Jose likes to experiment with his photos and I really love how this one turned into!

It was indeed, vintage! I felt I was looking at a 18th century photograph! ^_^ After lunch, we then went to St. Paul's Hill.

I think Ed would like to bring this "Heart" to Jen! How Sweet!

One good thing about going to a place over and over again is that you are able to capture images that are far from the norm.

Another good shot by Jose!  Ed looking at the Porta De Santiago. :)
Ehem, is Ed waiting for Jen? hehe

Before we finally conclude our journey to Jonker Street, we passed by the Melacca River where Jose was a bit sentimental thinking about Donna ^_^

Then we had some quiet time at the park.
Nice light, eh?! :)

What's next after a long walk?  Of course ~ time to eat once more!
What else? Chinese Food! yey!

To be different, I will not be posting our faces here! hehe! But we really ate here!

If you have been to Jonker Street (Night Market) there are a lot to see and a lot to buy.  One of the food that we saw was this, April and Imee bought one.

Then we all went back to rest and sleep!

Rise and Shine every all, time to go back to KL! hahahahaha
I just love my hat! (singit lang!)

Anyways, before we finally go back to KL, we intended to visit the Zoo.
Yes the Zoo, but after contemplating for 10 minutes, we have decided to just take pictures outside the zoo.  Not bad at all!

Wow! Even if we just visited a few places in Melacca we were able to enjoy our stay because we didn't do anything but to laugh!  Laughter is really good for the health!  Who would disagree to that?

Since we were craving for Laguna, with the help of "Papago" we were able to locate it at KL! ~ it will be a different entry all together :D

I know this out of town will happen again, this time with more people! yay!
Love love love gatherings with special people!

Xoxo
