Now it's time to share what we have shared for dinner!
Carbonara:
1kilo Spinach Fettuccine
1 big can Evaporated Milk (Used Alaska)
2 cans Campbells Cream of Mushroom
250g All Purpose Cream (Used Alaska)
1 can mushroom (sliced)
1 can Luncheon Meat (Used Liberty)
Shredded Bacon (used Purefoods)
1/4 cup Butter
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Chopped garlic
Chopped white onion
Parsley
Shredded cheese (used Eden)
Steps:
1. Fry the Luncheon Meat in a separate pan, set aside.
2. Fry the shredded bacon in a separate pan, set aside. Make sure that it's crispy
3. Place butter and olive oil in a pre heated pan and saute the garlic and onion.
4. Add the Luncheon Meat, mushroom, cream of mushroom, condensed milk and all purpose cream.
5. Let boil, set aside
6. Boil the pasta for 11 minutes, set aside
7. Sprinkle shredded cheese and parsley for garnishing.
Grilled Chicken:
1/2 kilo Chicken Breast
1/4 cup calamansi juice
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and Pepper
Steps:
1. Cut the chicken breast and put little cuts per chicken so that the marinade will sip into the chicken
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Marinate for 1-2 hours
4. Grill until golden brown
They all said it was good and I am so proud of myself! Awee! Very simple yet elegant that fits a meal in a resto! 👍
